About

Michael Bruno has over 18 years of experience playing and coaching soccer in the Roswell and North Fulton area. Michael began his career with Roswell Santos where he is now an Academy Coach.

Since 2018, Michael has coached in the Junior Academy, and  Academy Programs for Roswell Santos. His efforts resulted in growth of the program in the North Fulton area. In postseason play, his teams were finalist in tournaments. 

In the Spring of 2022, Michael served as Assistant Varsity Boys Coach for the Centennial Knights Soccer. The team ended an 8 year State Playoff drought as they did well in both region and playoff matches. The Spring 2023 Season saw the Knights progress to the Region 6 5A Final Four.  As as result of this, Michael was named Region 6 Assistant Coach of the Year. 

Michael has played at the elite Club level with accomplishments such as two-time member of Georgia Soccer's Olympic Development Program, Classic Division 1 Champion, two time Presidential Cup Champion, and Super Y. 

Locally he played he played Varsity Soccer at Fellowship Christian School where the team was 2016 State Champion Runner Up. 

In College, Michael played for the LaGrange Panthers. 

Currently, Michael plays in the Georgia Soccer ADASL First Division. 

Michael graduated in May 2022 as a Sociology Major from Georgia State University with a 3.55 GPA He plans to continue his studies in Graduate School in the future.
